There is a local broadband provider in haridwar, they have some apps in google play store with name height8 technologies pvt.ltd, I have done payment today as per bill they have given now they are asking for gst and its not mentioned in bill.

Also initially they took advance of 4500 for router setup and communicated that when you discontinue your connection you will get refund not when i had words with customer care they said this amount will not be refunded.

They harassed so much that i am filing this complaint, we are living in town here at haridwar, haripur kala, uttrakhand just because of slow network connection opted this broadband provider and it simply ruined all my work.

Let me know how i can sue him in court, do i need any extra evidences for it. I have communicated with them 17-18 times still no solution.
