Refund the advance deposit money for Rs 10000/- for admission to MBA course -2019

The provisional admission fees Rs. 10000/- was deposited on 05.02.2019 (Receipt No. BWU/3515) for admission to MBA Course - 2019 for my son Sri Soumyadip Neogy. Then my son cancelled the admission and took admission somewhere else.
Due to the Covid situation I could not apply for the refundable Rs. 10000 in the year 2020. I applied for the refund when the situation is stable in 2021 to the Registrar of the said University on 11th January, 2021 but they are denying to refund the amount.Kindly do the needful.
