I ordered number plate through https://bookhsrp.in/ for my brother's Bike, But didn't get any updates or order confirmation in mail or phone no., I paid amount through Google pay of Rs 390 INR on 16th of Nov 2023. I have mailed on their given address [PROTECTED]@bookhsrp.in, still they haven't responded me. I want to get refund my money. Kindly help.

I book HSRP plate from BOOKHSRP.COM but I did not get any response from them , I also Paid Rs-899/- on [Protected], is this site is fake , then who is responsible for this ,why Govt did not take any action on such sites , they took money online , its very easy to catch them, but Govt does not want to take any action. If possible get back mu money back.
