Not Fitting My No. Plate Because Of No Staff; Guru Nanak Auto Deal

My appointment was of 0[Protected]and today [Protected]at 3:30pm i visit guru nanak auto deals in devli road, and they deny to put my number Plate as there is no staff. And they told give Rs100 security amount and take the number plate.
And fit your number plate from outside. I took number plate but outside mechanic don't have tool to fix number plate, Paying full amount still not get services, half day salary cut from my office and on it traveled from my office to this place to get deny from them.
Half day salary cut who will pay it, and who will take responsibility if traffic police put fine challan on me.
