Lost of My High Security Number Plate

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I have lost my high security number plate of my bike which registered number is UP11AY5937 and model Hero splendor.When I am riding the bike from my factory office to home on date 25.11.2022 and I want to book a new high security number plate for my bike, but the HSRP online portal not process my application.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
