Very bad experience. Please don’t buy. I did not get the item .

Hi. I have been having the same issue with simran from Bombae wardrobe. I had ordered and outfit in dec which she told me I will recieve in a week. She didn't ship it for over a month and even then the outfit wasn't too oversized and the fabric wasn't as per what i had ordered .she took the outfit back but l She refused to refund the amt and said she'll give credit and spoke very rudely. I tried to order another one on May to use up the credit and it's still the same story. She doesn't respond to msgs or take calls and when i asked her for a refund she has msgd in an absolutely unprofessional and rude manner. And i still haven't recieved the outfit. It's been 7 months and it seems that she has been doing this to a lot of other people as well. Sadly she has been given really good reviews on some of the website which don't seem to be true at all

Somewhat fraudulent experience with Ms Simran Kaur Bhatia from thebombbaewardrobe. Really wished I had googled the company and read some other reviews before making a payment. The internet really puts her as a rising entrepreneur although if you do a proper review of her brand there seems to be quite a number that when thru a similar experience as myself. Honestly, been really disappointed with the whole ordeal. It was nothing but a frustrating experience of empty promises and plain rudeness where was even told that she doesnt give a f%#& about the amount i paid and isnt interested in delivering the pieces i ordered as i was an irritating customer. Talk about professionalism and customer service for a rising Indian entrepreneur!
