In this regards, it is submitted that I am Abishek Sahota, R/o MES Quarter 41/1 Nalwa Road, Jalandhar Cantt (144005), it is here I submit my complaint against owner of Samarbir Singh Kamboj ([Protected]) and his Assistant Roshni who is currently working in Freebird consultants.

I have sent all the documents for America Visa, they asked for 20 thousands for file charges then I paid Rs 10,000 on 22/12/2021 through my personal online banking and Rs 10,000 paid on 23/12/2021.

Then I paid offer letter fees also which is done by me of Rs. Rs.9440 to Samarbir Singh Kamboj account on dated 03/01/2022 at 11:30 A.M. Therefore, Roshni said you have to wait 45 to 60 days for I-20( Offer letter).

I am still waited for my I-20 but they did not inform me and I tried ample number of times to call but now the number is getting switched off. They have two more contact numbers +[Protected]and +[Protected].

One number is currently switched off and another is not picked. Respected Sir, I am working in Income Tax Department as a Data Entry Operator, Jalandhar on contractual basis. It is an huge amount for me.

Moreover, Roshni is working in Freebird Consultants ( +[Protected]) I called but she refused to take call of mine. Kindly do the needful action at the earliest so that you will punish both of the culprits and never ever do this again.

I hope you will understand my problem and stop this kind of money corruption. Moreover, I have also lodge a complaint to igp office but there is no solution till date.
