Bluedart status says it dilivered the parcel and the status showing in their app is dilivered but I haven't got my parcel as it was very important parcel what should I do it is a serious issue please solve the problem my reference/ waybill number is [Protected]the parcel consists amount of more than 10 k as I had invested in stock market so the ICICI prudent fund company gave a cheque.

Because of fault in their system I applied for the withdrawal and they said that withdrawal amount will be transferred by 5 oct today is 9 oct and after writing mails and contacting them umpteen times they mailed me regarding the cheque dilivery to the registered address today at 4.21 it says the order is received by me but I was not the one to receive.

It now please blue dart is the company responsible the problem they haven't contacted me instead I got a message from them that the parcel is delivered but the problem is I haven't received it yet I mailed the bluedart company and wrote a query regarding this but they are not responding so please look into the matter it's a very serious issue.
