In this regards, it is submitted that I am Pardeep Singh R/O Ludhiana, it is here I submit my complaint against councellor Ms. sukhveer Kaur ([Protected])and her Assistant Mr. Gaurav([Protected]) who is currently working in blue river consultants.
For the first date on 19-sep-2023, we visited in there office for USA study visa counciling. We met with councellor Ms. sukhveer Kaur and her Assistant Mr. Gaurav, they told us about the USA study visa with spouse case and we pay them first 10000 cash and they gave us the cash receipt.... And said to provide the documents after next day... Mr. Gaurav taking all documents from us online by WhatsApp.. he convey us to pay the amount for funds show process and open new bank account. Then he ask 20000 for new account open. I raise the question to him why 20000 need to open bank account. He said there is 10000 thousand of saving amount will remain in your account and 10000 is service charges.
I again raise the question for what kind of service charges?? I want to talk with your senior ms. Sukhveer kaur. After some time Ms. Sukhveer kaur calling me that explaining the 20000 amount for new account opening was that 10000 is remain in your bank account as saving will refund end of the day and 10000 charging for open bank account in back date to show the old funds in bank accounts including transferring funds charges, even there is no criteria professionally to open account in bank in back date.
I afraid that they will take excess money step by step of processing. I again talked with sukhveer mam to how is the possibility and justification for taking 20000 thousand for open bank account.After a while her Assistant Mr Gaurav called me and said Sir, we can adjust by 10000 only for open new account. You have to send the documents like adhaar card pan card by WhatsApp. I ask him how it is possible without our presence you can open bank accounts??
He said just send pic of your signature on blank paper and passport size photo. How a unbelievable processing they are asking documents online and will do copy of our signature on bank account opening form.Then I noticed that I am wasting my money and my time with unprofessional staff of blue river aboroad consultant. For this when I ask the refund of my first payment done that was 10000. They just change their behaviour and not picked my calls.. I called every day after 3-4 days sukhveer mam said to refund and ask the bank details . I provide her the details. I tried ample number of times to call but no one responded.
Sir, I am working in Fastway Cable industry as a Distributor Assistant for Ludhiana city. Sir please get resolve the issue and get my valueable money refund as I don't have any trust on these kinds of group of lier who change their statements by foot step.I hope you will understand my problem and will punish both of the executives.
