Order showing delivered but I didn’t receive the package

I ordered “French for dummies” book from Amazon and it was being delivered by Blue Dart but today I get a message saying the order is delivered but I didn’t get any calls or packages. I didn’t receive my package and it was paid already. Please look into my matter.
