I have ordered a La French Ambition perfume online (sold by [PROTECTED]@gmail.com) on 12th August 2023 with order id 2177 & blue dart tracking id [Protected]. I had paid the amount online as well. The tracking id shows final destination to which it was delivered as Indirapuram service centre. But the blue dart /shiprocket/ supplier has sent me the message that it has been delivered to some Geeta. I have no relative/friend/neighbour named Geeta.
Also I did not receive the package as it was ordered in my name. No person came to my house. I was present full day in my house. None in my family received it either. Also not OTP was sent. I checked the tracking id and it shows last destination where it was received as Indirapuram service centre at 4.38 pm which is quite at a distance from my house. Funny enough the same tracking info says it was delivered to Geeta at 4:38 pm.
I don't know anyone in my family or neighborhood as Geeta. Also how can it be delivered at service centre & me at exact same time? I am confused & disappointed. Guess they played fraud on me. I have written to La French (saanvicosmetics). Initially it refused saying I shd contact courier service. When I persisted they noted the complaint & says it will be looked into within 10 days. The courier company on the other hand said I shd ask seller. It's like a football game.
