Sir, I'm a Airtel Retailer [Protected]and i had did a transaction of Rs. 2000 on 18.3.22 to load on my LAPU balance which was failed but the amount was debited from my SBI account.
With all evidence from bank i had lodged a complaint to Airtel Sales team but they ignoring the issue. Its been near 48 Days passed. But still not received the amount from Airtel. Please look into it.
