I saw this website's ad on facebook, got influenced by the offer and clicked on the link which redirected me to the website where I placed an order for a set of 6+6 storage boxes of Rs 999.00 on 6th of April 2022.

I made the payment through UPI while placing the order for Rs 999.00 and the payment was successful. After making the payment I did not receive any text/mail regarding the order placed from the website though my email and mobile was given in the order placed.

I decided to wait for a few days thinking that they would take some time to process the order. After few days of waiting I went to the same website and tried looking for links to look for details/link to view my order or track the details but there is no such option as such.

I started to contact them over phone, and sent mail as well but all in vain. After waiting for this long and losing all hope I realised that its an trap like many other facebook fake ads and I was cheated though the website looked genuine to me.

I am left with no options except to file a complaint to get back my hard earned money. Hope this gets resolved soon.
