Best Deal Seller Online: Amount paid but no replymessage for order confirmatinon or reference

I Order for Glasses on [Protected]after seeing the ad in youtube and paid RS 449.10 through mobile UPI, the amount deducted but no return message or confirmation of order. So i can not track the order or refer it in my complaint.
