On September 20, 2023, I placed an order with Order ID #117836 for a Casual Simple Fashion Men's Shirt in Pure Cotton, size M, Mint Green, after coming across an advertisement on Instagram.00I proceeded with the payment promptly totaling Rs. 598/-. I have done the payment in advance as the site says that there will a discount of Rs 200/- for advance payment. I even got the invoice and acceptance of the order to my mail account.

Regrettably, it has been 12 days since the order placement, and I have yet to receive any indication of delivery. The order status remains stagnant at "Processing" on the site, and My attempts to reach the customer care services have been in vain. The provided contact number is unresponsive I tried for calling for several times and the response is same calls are not even connecting, and emails sent to the provided address bounce back, indicating a non-existent account.

This experience has left me profoundly dissatisfied and frustrated. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution.They are still providing ads on the social media , they are making the whole consumers fools by providing fake numbers and gmail ids.
