I would like to bring to your notice I have not received my refund from Amazon amounting toRs 499. I am providing all the details. Please provide me with the update at the earliest.

Reference number provided by Amazon stating the refund should have been reflected- [Protected]. I have contacted Amazon, they have provided me with the reference number stating the refund should have been credited by now, but I am disappointed to say it has not yet been credited. Please provide my refund at the earliest. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have filed a transaction dispute with the Bank of India.
The product is vitamin E capsules. I have contacted the bank of India with the reference number to trace the transaction, however, they have stated they do not have any mechanism to trace through the reference number.

Amazon has made a statement that the reference number is provided the money is transferred to the bank, so the bank will obviously have a provision to trace. I also made a complaint to [PROTECTED]@bankofindia.co.in but its been 96 hours and i have got no reply though the due mandated maximum time is 48 hours.
