Bank of Baroda: Not Getting Refund

I am ordered a product on Amazon and after return Amazon refund my amount (699₹) initiated on 19Nov 2021 but refund not received in my account and many time I contact on Amazon customer service.

But still they will be say that they have refund my amount in my account and they give me a reference id no[protected] ). I am not received my amount still now. I have contact two time on bob customers care.

I ordered one product from amazon.in after that I return it but still I didn't get refund I have called many times to customer care they provided reference no.[Protected].then after I talked to customer care of bank of baroda they said they will not do anything I have to contact to amazon.in pls do the needful as soon as possible Thank you
