Mental Harassment By Banker And Recovery Agent

According to RBI guidelines, no recovery agents can cross their limits to their customers. RBI does not allow any bank to violate the privacy of the customers but recovery agents contacted all the people who are my friends and employers on my social media.
They threatened them and they threatened me by sending my images with my friends and employers. My permanent address is registered with the bank but rather than contacting me at my address they called my friends and employers and misbehaved.
Please register my complaint about the solution. I want to clear my dues in emi option.
