I m taking business loan from bajajfinserv and pay emi on time but due to Covid pendamic it’s not possible to pay emi on time so I mail them to restructuring my loan account as per rbi guidelines but they didn’t respond and threatened me to pay emi they misbehaved they send agents to home and tortured sir kindly help me and resolve this matter I am in a big financial crisis due to downfall of business I have mail them 4 to 5 times I also asked that rbi issue a guideline but they said go and complain to rbi sir in this situation how can we survive my loan account number is p423dbl0580742 hope sir you understand the situation and help me I m also forward the complaint to rbi pmo office and finance minister..sir we are torturing by collecting agents of bajajfinserv they call 50 times per day and pressured for payment sir look into this critical situation and help us hope sir we get positive results from your side sir even in lockdown periods they torturing like that and they present cheque again and again to collecting fine .sir from last one month I wrote a mail for restructuring my loan account but they reply you have no offer then I asked them this is not a offer this is issue by rbi guidelines then they reply go to rbi for restructuring loan sir tell me suggest me what I do in this situation thanks
