I am Anubhab Choudhury. I purchased a product through bajaj at no cost EMI in December Last year from Malda (Shop name - Photographer). I was supposed to get an offer of 2100 rs as a voucher, of which 1050 is cashback and 1050 is phone recharge.
But from the first time those coupons were showing an error. They took 8 months to solve the problem then I was able to redeem the cashback on 18th August this year. But Again the mobile recharge voucher is showing error and already redeemed, though I have not redeemed it.
Then after repeated complaints till date the issue is not solved. Also I get very bad behavior from Manager himself. The manager Mr Jeet Chakraborty from Malda even doesn't know how to behave with customers. He showed a threatful attitude over the phone while I called him.
I met with him physically today and he has again shown his arrogance and said that he is not responsible for anything. Even he has told me that he is not bound to tell me about the current situation of the problem and what action he has taken till now.
He has told me to do whatever I can do. So expecting your Support.
