I am Nurul Islam bajaj finserv company ke bandra pune exicut Raj Gopal kundu id no bm 2425 ne 10 July 2021 Ko [Protected]no se call kiya apna parichay bajaj finserv exicut ka id send kiya.
2 lac personal loan ke liye 3500 processing fee ka demand kiya aur poochhne per bola iske baad na to koi process hai nahi koi payment lagega uske baad GST and TDS ke liye bola to bajaj finserv company ke helpline number par barabar contact karne ki koshish ki.
And wecare website pe barabar contact and help ki apeel ki lekin koi jawab nahi mila to phir se company ke helpline number par customer id dene ke baad call connect kiya to bola fraud huaa main poochha ki agar fraud hua to company ke wecare website pe barabar message kiya to koi reply kyon nahi mila.
Bola sewa band hai to usi website se 4,5, days waiting bata raha hai jo customer id se call connect kiya woh exicut Raj Gopal kundu ne hi diya tha customer id wrong hota to call connect nahi kiya jata.
Example agar aapke mobile password wrong dial karega to to phone unlocked nahi hoga uske baad abhi 8900 ka demand kar raha hai main request karta hoon mujhe mera payment refund karwa diya jaye.
