My name is Neha Ukey.
I purchased the Toothsi treatment plan and treatment was about to start, but my dad was hospitalized and I could not afford to get a treatment for myself. At the same time, I was running out of money. I had to borrow money from relatives.
Then I raised a request on 3rd October to cancel the treatment by explaining toothsi about my situation. Toothsi asked me for the hospital document for proof that my dad was hospitalized. (THIS IS DISGUSTING). Anyway, I was shocked that Toothsi was asking for proof. I submitted the document almost a month ago from now and the helpline folks said the cancellation process would be done within 30 days and the refund would be credited back. Almost more than 30 days have gone and I am waiting for a refund and cancellation, despite submitting the document.
Toothsi may maintain its reputation in the market, but there's a limit to tolerance since we contact Toothsi customer support every week to get updates regarding cancellations and we explain our situation. Despite that Toothsi is not looking into this matter seriously. I also provided the alternate contact number which is +[Protected], still waiting for the call as the person from the helpdesk always says that our seniors will contact you regarding your case. But we never got a single call.
