I had gone to this shop for my wedding dress. They showed a dress which had good quality fabric and the material used for embroidery. I really liked the dress and approved it for purchase.

However, they said that it can be made only on order and I need to give an advance of 10,000 rupees. I gave them an advance of 9k and they asked to.come after two months.

However, I requested them to deliver it little sooner as I need to get it stitched also. So after one month one week on 19thMay 2022, at the time of delivery of the dress, they made the dress in cheap quality material.

When we resisted about it, they said either take the dress or leave it. Since the design is same, you cant argue. We said that although the design is same, the quality of the fabric and the material used for embroidery is of cheap quality and not what was shown to us.

Then he said you people have no understanding and knowledge of clothes. Go get someone who has knowledge. When we said we don't want to get into argument and return our advance, he denied.

He said he is not going to return the advance also and kept both dress and the advance.
