On 28-Sept 23 I called the saloon and asked for appointment for root touch up in Brown, the person NIKITA PIVAL said yes. When I reached the saloon, a guy attended me and again show up the shade cards, I told him since 10 year I am doing 4 or 5 L'oreal colour but he said mam we do not have but do strex colour in Brown, I have even touch the shade card to show him my colour. However he did not even dry my hair properly and started the colour, not even make me wear the apron for colour properly and started the hair colour for root touch up. When he started to do the front one I noticed this is Black and he did not even informed me about it. I got angry and asked him why he lied, they do not have Brown stock.
When they said same to NIKITA, when she came with her boyfriend or whoever, they saw it was a mistake but kept quiet till i reach counter. When I again shout and complaint she says do not pay and that NIKITA make a mistake to give me appointment and tears my consultation paper so that there is no proof. The boyfriend make fun of me and say come tomorrow when you get grey hair, will do brown but brown never covers grey hair.
NIKITA supported this and says we never do brown for anyone here, you a fool you do not know anything , leave this saloon and go and insulted me in marathi. I cried and left and complaint to Noor and Ashraf who is the owner of this franchise, they gave me assurance they will take appropriate action but now they ignoring my calls and messages. I have proof of our discussion of my complaints. I asked for an apology letter, and you know what they asked me to pay now and then we will do that. I told Noor from complaint head office department; I was ready to pay that day also, but she removes the UPI from the desk as they know they made a mistake. She even lied more when I said I do l'oreal colour since 10 years Brown, she says it is 17000rs for root touch up and I do not have knowledge, pata nahi aap bakawas things use kalthe ho. I used to do it in Enrich Saloon. This is emotionally affecting me since and no one responding to calls and messages. I really need an apology from that lady and her boyfriend who is not even the owner.
