I ordered APPLE AIRPODS MAX ,when they not dispatched I canceled the order and asked for refund. They told me that they would refund my amount of Rs1449. But still now they’ve not refunded me.

Please sort out the matter. I called them but they are not responding. Then I texted in WhatsApp they told that they will refund but still now they have not refunded the amount.
