I joined this startup after quitting a well paid job that I had taken in a different sector due to Covid. When I found this group Arra I thought it would be a good chance to get back to my sector, after completion of my handover process with my previous company joined on the 1 st of May 2022. After a week also No formal Induction or Meet and greet with the team.

I called on Anshu Mallik the owner who said he would do the needful. In the meantime I had already started working on the responsibility entrusted upon me. Spending my own money on fuel etc etc, for Business Development of Hotels . 2 weeks down I had written a detailed mail on the market response and wanted to discuss way forward, the boss of the company was too busy to even answer calls. That’s when I found that something was fishy with this company. When I insisted on a call he would evade with some messages, and my suspicion came true when the second half of the month I did not get any updates from him on anything.

Finally towards the end of the month I asked for him to clear my pay and resigned.
I may never get my money, but companies like this should be shutdown, cheating and scamming people from his own country fellow Indians … what a shame!! When we have employers like him why do we need enemies from outside.
