I was mislead by the people in apollo diagnostics giving false time commitment and charges of blood test. From the time I gave call, they were going on telling me here only, will be there in few mins and was just killing the time just to hold a customer.

They were going on irritating me on the call saying we are here only and gave all wrong information.They told me one amount before taking my blood and send invoice for another amount after taking the test.

The person who spoke layer was also rude and he started giving another set of conversation. Looks like they were all playing a game to just hold customer. Also, they send a person to take blood who was not trained and when questioned he called for actual person to take the blood test.

They made me wait in fasting for long time. I went on warning them i am on fasting. Finally they came and took around 12.10. After that th3y are saying the charge of blood test is different.

First they promised me for 250rs and then after taking blood they are giving me invoice for rs. 330. Lot of inconvenience. Please consider this as i need justice and they should not cheat other people. Thanks for your support in advance.
