Apple Inc.: Staff Misbehavior At Service Center For Faulty Laptop

I bought Macbook Air on 9th August from apple store . The asset stopped working suddenly on 23rd August. I talked to their on call customer support team and they asked me to visit the garden galleria, NOIDA service centre Since it was evening hour, I clarified it thrice with the guy if I should go and he said " you go there.

I will speak at the backend with them to submit the device". I reached there and the so called staff manager without looking at it said that it's an hardware issue (to aboida warranty) and the management lady not only misbehaved with me for 2 hours, she accused me of false allegations to which I asked her to call police and provide video footage.

She called the mall security after almost two hours, and the security staff mitigated the matter. I have videos for reference and can provide. No one listened to me and they did use weird words to discredit me. I sat there for two hours which can be clearly seen in their footage and the manager lady accused me of hitting and abusing her.

I asked for footage and she deviated the topic. She even said ' 1 lakh ka laptop ha to kya mam, 1.5 lakh ka phone to mai bhi use karti hun" Even the malls security clarified to me that this lady behaves the same way with many customers and it's their third encounter with her.
