iPhone Bent From Top

I just want to know how someone bent their phone without damage the glass. The representative of apple are making fools of Indian peoples by saying everything is a physical damage.
They just always runs a small test on their laptop and said your phone is ok and we can’t fix your iPhone but you have to pay Rs.39000 to replace your phone. I don’t know why you people giving warranty of 1 year just say we are apple we don’t provide any technical support or warranty on our products.
Worst service providers in India even MI or Real me can provide best services to their loyal consumers. My case id is[Protected].
