they are fraud they taken payment and didn't provide services

Sir I am from delhi i had submitted all amount for joining. But by the time of meeting with client they demanded to pay 8500 rupees for the hotel security charge. With their permission i had subbmitted half amount and they said no issues sir we'll handel it . After 1 hour they were saying you have to submit all the amount other we will cancel your meeting .so i asked for refund and they are no refunding my money
