I have purchased this product on 4th Oct, on receiving the package written to them about short supply as well as product performance, but there was no reply to my email, contact number is not working.According to specification the vacuum cleaner must work for upto 90 minutes after full charge but it is stopping just after 10 -15 minutes requiring recharge. I have written 3 emails to best deal seller and asked for replacement or take the product back and as I wish to cancel the order ,but not heard anything from the seller, so i am just wondering whom to approach now. I understand that is Chinese product sold in India by best deal seller, At the time of ordering it was known that the product can be returned for defects or not working satisfactorily.

I am stuck with defective product, looks like waste of my money,(my order ref on Best deal seller is order ID #100756) Details of seller are as below.
