I bought a nibosi women watch from amazon on 9th or 10th January 2023, which was different inside the package, so as per policy i uploaded the photograph of the product and their executive picked up my product from my resident on 13th January 2023. as that product was bought through amazon pay later, when I was checking the balance, it was still not refunded on my pay later account. and item still showing under process we will refund once the product will reach us.
so, i called their helpline, one of them told me you don't need to worry before your due date it will get resolved. but i saw my bill got generated and i called their helpline again, that time the executive told me that they had sent the product, which was shown in the picture correctly, I have sent them wrong product, so i told them as per policy i need to upload photo first before returning and if it was incorrect then why they took back it from me and they can reject it then and there only.
But they took it back and not only that when i demanded ok if i have sent wrong product then return it back to me, as i have to pay the bill else it will effect my cibil score so return it to me i will use that. they said we have disposed it and start raising their voice, and disconnected the call. i again called them told entire matter and asked to provide email id so that i can give a written complain as they are also not allowing to write anything in chat option too, they said we are transferring your call to senior and disconnected the call.
I am not worried about that 2000rs which i lost,i am concern about their service and policy , how can without my concern where i am paying the money. without even asking me they are disposing the item, who gave that right to them, if it was bought on offline if service was not provided at least i have that faulty product with me.
