I ordered a camcorder on 17th March 2022 for Rs. 1,46,930. And on 22 March 2022, I got a cream of 670 rupees which I got very upset seeing. I complained to the customer care of Amazon the same day they told that your complaint has been registered you will get the solution of the problem after 5 days.
But when I called again they told Sir, we cannot help you, our team has investigated, they told that the camera has been delivered to you, although I did not get the camera. I have unboxing video also i sent video to them but no response.
I have all evidence call recording, product unboxing video, delivery boy number. Please Help. Thank you.
