Hi Team,
Please be informed that I have not received ORDER # [Protected], item: T-Rock Men's Sports Shoes (Black, Numeric_8) from Amazon. However, my Amazon account shows delivered status.
It was to be delivered on 4th July 2022. I did not receive any message or email for the delivery of the item. So, I contacted customer support of Amazon, but they still have not resolved the issue and only escalated it.
This is a serious issue and the second time this issue has happened. The issue lies with Amazon's Logistics team. This type of service is not at all acceptable from a brand company like Amazon.
I have tried all sorts of complaint formats from Amazon but the issue has not been resolved. I was promised that it will be delivered by today or I will get a refund, but to no avail, I have still not received any ticket# for my complaint to the Amazon customer support team.
They have to either deliver the item or refund me on my account. Event their delivery agent had the audacity to mark the item as delivered. This is how Amazon treats its long-time customers who rely on online shopping.
This is not at all acceptable from my side. Please take serious action against the company and its logistics team.
