I have placed an order on Amazon my product is of reach brand fitness bike on 15th of March 2023Order date

It got delivered to me on 20th March same day evening called up for installation it was done and the product turns to be defective parts of the equipment is not functioning improper in build fittings other things which i told to the tech support team of Amazon they responded and offered me replacement service so before confirming the replacement i asked them do i have to uninstall the equipment they replied no need of it.

It will be picked up by agent and replacement also on same day on 23th delivery agent refused for pickup for same reason as it was assembled .i contacted Amazon team they again confirmed it will be pickup successfully by the end of the day and on same day evening it was cancelled without any notification by the delivery agent.. giving lame excuses..the support team says there is no replacement no refund...my window period is till 30th of March.My humble request to kindly solve my issue ASAP..and refund the amount.
