Hi, i am Ankit I am old user of Amazon but from last 1 year Amazon is changed its not think about its customers and but the main incident I face is that actually not incident it's a fraud done by Amazon.

I order a Suresh jumbo tent house of amount 14000 Indian rupees but I returned it's after 2 days due it's quality my item successful picked up they checked but Amazon stucked my refund

Because seller left Amazon marketplace than they tell me on call I have to wait for some days again and again they told your money is safe if seller do not give your money Amazon will give as u purchase item on Amazon and it's Amazon fulfilled order

But after two months in that two months I called them more 60 times but resolution I get is that they will return my product back to me and not give refund to me means to total fraud both product and money stolen by Amazon what I do now I had already paid charges for credit card late payment and now they are denying to give refund.

I also have a call recording in which Amazon senior customer service from leadership team clearly said that your product is in our hand and your money is also in our hand(Amazon hand) but we will not give anyone back to u.
