I have purchased 2 products from the website Almodelabel by AKANSHA which cost 2548 INR. But the products were partially delivered stating that the other product is out of stock and they will deliver it later. So the product for 899 INR is still pending. After following up many times they said they refund the amount as a gift card which is in a way not acceptable because my money would get stuck again. I placed the product that was in stock, but later they said it was out of stock. So the policy of refunding the amount as a gift card is invalid.

Still, I agreed to the gift card return, but your support team stopped replying to my emails and hasn't refunded the amount through any mode, and now on the website, it is showing that it is been delivered. I am forwarding you the entire email along with the screenshots. It’s a humble request to you to respond and give my back because it is somebody’s hard-earned money.
