Flat owners 716 rishikant prajapati and 416 manoj naik are causing trouble for my senior citizen parents as 416 owner has installed a tin shade on his balcony, above which 716 owner has drain pipe of AC which continuously drips water at night time from 12 am to 4 am causing sleep deprivation and disturbance to my dad who is already a cardiac and neuro patient on medication since 2015.

Since few months this issue is been discussed with the respective society authorities but they only give assurance and the matter is left as it is. Moreover, the flat owner 716 acts rude and over smart if confronted with the said toipc.

Both the flat owners of 716 and 416 are adamant and inhuman towards the senior citizens of this society. Repeated suggestions have been given regarding rerouting of drain pipe of AC to 716.

But all efforts of mutual reasoning are still in vain. With the ac drain pipe dripping water continuously, 716 people sleep peacefully depriving the basic right of rest and sleep to my old age parents.

This inhuman behaviour is continued inspite of repetitive complaints and issues raised regarding the same.If my dad's health is further deteriorated and any harm is caused to his health henceforth.

The 716 flat owner rishikant prajapati, 416 flat owner manoj naik, chairman Mahesh Verma and Secretary sachin shirke will be held responsible legally and in all possible ways.
