On 27th march. I have made payment of 287 to do my recharge, but recharge failed and money deducted and airtel send me message recharge if any money dedicated will be refunded in 7-10 days. 16 days has gone but they didn't refund my money.
I have contact them more than 5 times they just says 287 is not refundable amount. and sometimes they said problem is in upi app Google pay contact them. I contact Google pay they said payment had been successful from our side.
Now what should i do, i need my money back and i want hard action against Airtel for both money and my time loose, so that no company can do this type of fraudulent activity in future with anyone.
