Airtel: Billing Done Continuously Despite Account Being Closed; Airtel.com

Dear sir,
I got Airtel fibre connection. Hence asked Airtel to close my broadband and landline connection. They said they will close it. I thought they closed hence didn't check my Airtel bill payment.

They were billing still for my broadband connection. After 2 months of unnoticed payment, I called Airtel to check why it is not closed. They said they will close immediately.

After that every 2 to 3 day one or other Airtel customer care called me and asked, why I want to close the account. I was fed up giving reason to every one. They would promise to close it immediately.

Then again new guy will call asking why I want to close. I am fed up and they kept harassing me like that for 2 months. In parallel, they were billing me on that account saying you pay this amount, account will be closed.

I have dropped.multiple emails and they have confirmed in email also that it will be closed. They had taken setup box and other related things long time back. They need to pay my deposit also.

Request you to register my case o against Airtel for cheating and harassment.
