My flight was booked from Kolkata to chennai on 1st of Jan 2022. It got reschedule at night latter i request for canceling my flight after confirming about the refund i ll get.

It was told i ll receive my refund amount within 7 to 14 working days. But its been 2 months i didn't receive my refund amount. After being in a call in waiting for more than 30 mins the customer care is responding my call but the customer service are getting failed to help me or the call is getting cut

Neither i m get my refund nor i m getting help from the customer care. This was my first fly with airindia but i experienced a very worst service from them. I need my refund amount back.

I hope i can trust this site and as soon as possible i will get my refund amount back. As a student it is very difficult me to arrange one ticket for my flight.
