When I landed Sharjaha, I have been told that your luggage not received along with flight No. IX 171. We have been advised to register contact no and luggage will be delivered to your local Dubai place where we have stay after 2-3 days because no more flights to come till 14th APR 2022.
Sir, please be informed that I have come Dubai for some official works, all my personal and official stuffs are in that luggage which I have not received. You can understand very well without luggage in foreign country how can I attend my official meetings and how can I do my works for which I came here.
Big trouble created for me. I have cancelled all my official meetings and works for day no other option left with me. To prepare for official works I bought all require personal and official stuffs normally all peoples are required.
Spent almost 789 AED for those stuffs which really not require to buy, in absence of my luggage I must have to do so because I can't wait for luggage which I lost during transit.
This extra expenditure not supposed to be done by me because all require stuffs I had carry from home and the same handed over to Airlines. Anyways because of Airlines service i require to purchase and spent money on stuffs which supposed to be not require to spend for me.
Additional expenses incurred due to failure of Indian airline service, even I have delayed my official works which may have impact on company's commercial part. Considering all facts and figures as stated above request Air India Airline need to compensate not whole losses but at least money paid to buy personal and official stuffs.
Please find attached Invoice Ref. No. 882576 dated 11.04.2022 Amount Rs. 789 AED. Request your good self to look into it and do the needful. Prompt and positive response in this regards would be highly appreciated.
