In my previous complaint 40716. I want to give more information about the issues. My father name is omparkash as and service no is 2862040X. My father treatment is ongoing from action Balaji cancer hospital Paschim vihar New Delhi hospital.

My father admitted for chemotherapy and support medicine. The nursing staff did Negligence and causal approach many times while taking blood samples and clot the blood sample many times.

Sometimes medicine not given on time and cause Herbes zoster. I did the complaint to the management through email but they they give medical term excuses and reasons for not accepting their fault and mistakes.

I have continuous email but they do not get any response from their side. The patient is a cancer patient stage 4. We are going for treatment not for the mental and physical harassment.

Nobody heard my complaint proper channels and not take any action by the management. So we want to take action against the Action Balaji cancer hospital and compensation for them.
