I wasted my 2 yrs for work permit visa they took my money and send me some false document and slowly slowly they took my 75000 for LMIA embassy fee esdc fee etc..now after long when I didn't received my proper documents.

I asked to cancel my file and refund my money then no one picking my phone...even there is no escalation method..no proper manager to talk about...please help me with any agency and department who can help me for the same.
