Ordered customised figurine for meant to be a gift for my Uncles 50th Anniversary. Was promised delivery on 22nd and eventually received the product on 2 July well past the occasion defeating the very purpose.
During this while they stopped taking our calls and even stopped texting. The product received was of extremely poor quality and not even worth 2000 rupees. We paid 4900.
They don't even make a base for the figurine and its hard to make it stand. My sincere advise to most people to stay away from these frauds and save money and a lot of heartburn.
