The next day, Saturday, September 29, 2023, at nearly 8:30 p.m., I received my laptop and took the bill; they said to pay cash, but I said no, I would pay online, and they even did not give me a GST bill, and they said we are giving you 3 months of warranty; whatever will happen, we will take care. I might be unable to detect the problem. But when I came home, I saw the very thin hairline crack on the display the same day at midnight, at 1:00 a.m. I was shocked. I realised they just repaired my display and gave it back to me because the display's serial number is the same as the previous one, and they have done a fraud. I said I would file the consumer complaint; they smirked. I thought better; I would take the money and file the complaint, and then I took the 8 thousand rupees. Now it is going to cost me 34,000 rupees in the Apple Store Centre because this crack is increasing and I am barely able to use this laptop for 15 days. I want my full refund. I don't trust these guys to give me my laptop again, and this crack is increasing with time. Please help me.
