I am a zoomcar host and i have created a multiple tickets for my car damage done by zoomcar customer, This time after the horrible damage cause to my car i created one more ticket with Repair quotation.

But they are least bothered to reply. They don't even have a email address where we can directly get in touch with them. They are just trying to avoid my calls by giving an ETA.

I am trying to reach customer care for more then 3 days and every agents give me an different answers on this. Some guys say they cant refund. some of them says the refund will be initiated once i send the quotation.

and now after sending the quotation they are telling me we cannot refund and i will have to repair my car from zoom car itself. I have a brand new car and its 4 months old why would i repair my car from zoom car.

I know they will just put some nails do some denting painting and there job is done. after that my car will look more ugly. When they have written in their policy that i can send a car repair quotation in their terms and condition page then why should i repair it from a local zoom car denter painter.

If they cant refund then why its clearly mentioned all the policies in their T&C.
