Uncooked Food Delivered And No Refund Initiated

I’ve ordered a meal from Zomato (Biryani) from a restaurant listed on Zomato. Upon receiving the order, I got the food (meat) completely uncooked. Not even teared with full force. Completely raw.
I’ve raised a complaint with pictures but they denied to give a refund. They said that they will share the feedback with the restaurant but it won’t work for me because my money is wasted.
They are asking to generate a promo code but that of no use because it is not applicable with any other coupon code. This was they are refraining me to order but not avail the benefits.
I can normally get discounts with other coupons and the promo code will do the same work. I’m being fooled.
