Twice they have taken my order and money and did not deliver the food. I have waited for hours. They say they can't return the money because food was already prepared. It is not even fair. Why should i pay if i am not getting my food.
They don't even make a call but they say they could not contact. I then ordered from swiggy and they delivered food immediately. So couldn't zomato? And why won't they give money back?
They promised to give the money back within 3-5 days. It has been a week and they didn't pay back and now they repeated the same activity. They took money and didn't give the food.
