I ordered 20 tandoori roti from restaurant food factory on 3 may 2022 at 10:57 p.m. After few time i got call to take my order and within few seconds it started showing delivered on app.
I live in a college hostel so no one is allowed inside so it took me time to reach gate no 3 of my college to take the delivery where food was supposed to be delivered, when i reached there was no one there.
I tried to call back the delivery guy but it was not reachable then i tried to find help through app but they said to mail them the query at [PROTECTED]@zomato.com. Next day i mailed them the whole issue and a auto generated mail was sent to me that they will look into the matter within 6-24 hours.
The next day since i got no reply from them i again mailed them from a different mail id and a auto generated mail was again sent this time too that they will revert back in 6-24 hours but still there was no reply.
Now its been 4 days and still no reply from them. i tried to reach out to them through app too but the bot directly replies me to send a mail and they never reply back to the mails.
Please help me with my refund as it was a prepaid order of rs. 234 and i never received it. The order id was [Protected].
